Bayonet is a story based around the representation of the horrors of war and the toll it takes on the human soul.Based in World War 2, we follow two pairs of men on either side of the conflict. Franz Wolff and Josef Schumann, an unlikely and inexperienced pair of friends and Henry and Lewis Wilson, two brothers trying to survive the last days of a war they are desperate to escape.Bayonet shows that within a horrific, scarring and ultimately inhumane situation the varying characters find themselves in, some form of humanity will prevail when one soldier from one side helps another soldier from another side to survive the situation that out of the odds, would have likely resulted in their death.
