We seek an Assistant Artist Manager to be part of a team responsible for several internationally respected artists alongside Artist Managers within the singers team. The more established artists have specialised and detailed needs while our clients beginning their careers require development, planning and nurturing.You will be required to write biographies, schedules, letters and emails. You will have regular contact with artists and promoters and the individual in this role needs to be extremely well-organised with excellent administrative skills and remain calm under pressure to meet our clients' expectations.Additionally, you will be responsible for the delivery of a dedicated travel advice and administration service for world-leading artists.There are regular opportunities to attend evening concerts in London and some element of outside hours and travel is expected in this role occasionally outside of the UK.Foreign language skills - particularly Italian and/or Russian - would be an advantage.
