We are making a badass action short film about feminism and are looking for a Prop Master that would also potentially act as our Art Director. We are a low budget passion project looking for someone building their reel/looking for that Dept Head title. There are some really cool props on this piece, including stunt props, and we think this could really showcase someone's skill. There is very minimal art direction outside of the props, so it's possible we ask the right person to play both roles on the day. The film is the story of five female directors who show up to a studio directing fellowship expecting a chance to direct the next big Hollywood blockbuster. But the studio has a surprise for them - it's actually a fight to the death! This dark satire is filled with action, bloody practical effects, an all-female ensemble cast and as much of a female crew as possible in an effort to represent those who don't normally get these opportunities.
