ZFX, a world leader in performer flying effects, is looking to hire a few new flying directors to add to its team of elite individuals. Our flying directors travel all over the country and around the world rigging and choreographing theatrical flying effects for Broadway, regional theatres, high school musicals, film, television, concerts and corporate events. Flying directors receive training in general entertainment rigging, fly wire specific rigging and flying effects choreography. We expect our flying directors to be the best at what they do, to persevere through inevitable challenges, and to deliver excellence every day on every show for every client. We want the best of the best, like SEAL Team Six or the Traveling Wilburys. While rigging experience is a serious bonus, our main concern is hiring creative individuals who are capable of working independently and aren't afraid to work on the road 250 days a year. A premium is placed on individuals with both mechanical/rigging experience and choreographic experience.
