Plus, there’s a great range of other benefits to fit around your needs tooYour Key Responsibilities:- Develop knowledge and understanding to a level where basic customer enquiries can be effectively dealt with.- Develop an understanding of available monitoring tools and use them to effectively analyse content.- Understand the MCR control systems and how to use them effectively.- Checking the integrity of a circuit or satellite feed to ensure agreed standards are met.- Ensure content is available at the agreed time, to the agreed technical standards and remains available for the required duration.- Proactively seek learning opportunities to further develop skills.- Ensure clear and comprehensive logging and reporting of incidents.- Timely escalation of incidents to senior members of the team or support as appropriate.- Compliance with all Health and Safety requirementsYour Skills:- Experience of Live Content delivery processes- Knowledge of industry
