  • Project Details
    As one of our Videographers you will be in charge of gathering and curating footage and photos of Heather Petersen, the CEO of NMA. Must be able to tell a visually compelling story with creative editing and sound in accordance with overall brand tone.

     The ideal candidate will shoot and edit footage according to scripts, storyboards or loose guidelines. This person should be a collaborative worker and enjoy a fast paced, creative environment.

    Requirements
    * Samples of video & photography your work that demonstrate your personal craft and high quality esthetic


    * 2-4 years of editing experience highly desired


    * Portrait or lifestyle photography background or interest a plus


    * Expert in Adobe Production Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects


    * Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom


    * Effective verbal and written communication skills with technical/non-technical audiences


    * Ability to work well within a team environment


    * Work quickly and meet deadlines


    Responsibilities
    * Shoot and produce digital video traveling with the company to unique places, trade shows and other relevant events


    * Keep a flexible schedule—you will be travelling often


    * Be a prepared and capable traveler 


    * Conduct well coordinated and informational interviews on the fly, in many different environments


    * Generate consistently clean audio and well-shot footage


    * Maintain a rapport with CEO, COO and other relevant NMA leadership




    * Drive particular video projects through the post-production process to achieve best-in-class product


    * Coordinate with the rest of the Creative team and Marketing on multiple video projects


    * Collaborate with marketing department management to create scripts and storyboards when necessary


    * Maintain a practiced, organized, and secure workflow of proper media storage and backup while on the road


    * Create and execute detailed video plans on a case-by-case basis


    * Manage HD video workflow across formats, locations, and delivery stages


    Qualifications: 
    * 2-4 years of relevant video production experience


    * Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects 


    * Proficient in a variety of camera systems, DSLR, prosumer camcorders, and professional camcorders


    * Experienced in giving interviews


    * Experienced traveler


    * Experienced communicator, responsive 


    * Willing to work abnormal hours

    Work Environment

    This job operates in a non standard in office and out of office set of environments. Some of the time this position may involve clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

    Physical Demands

    This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, strength to lift and carry equipments weighing up to 30 pounds; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.
