About me
Im 6ft medium build, reliable, adaptable and considered fit. Ive been working as an "extra" since Jan 2011 adapting to roles in films, music shoots, APPs, commercials and documentaries inc. speaking parts. In Dec 2013 played part of John Cleese lookalike in a music video and in April 2013 played a lone actor in a promotion pitch. Ive been a sports reporter for an FM radio station in Surrey and experienced in local tv as a presenter for Greenwich Cable Tv. I was a DJ on Hospital Radio. Ive previously worked in the public sector in a management position and was able to combine that with being a DJ at weekends travelling Southern England.Ive been an auctioneer, comedy writer, stand up comedian (used to boos!) ,sports writer with own column in a local paper, cricketer footballer referee and umpire. Described as bit of a John Cleese lookalike ( in earlier days!!). Ive a very expressive face and can play comedy and straight parts with a "Frank Spencer" approach to comedy.Skills

I have previously filmed a comedy sketch for the series HIt The Road Jack playing the part of a farmer in a pub. I have been filmed in a tv pilot show "The London Affair"as a businessman and appeared on Japanese TV in the advert for a new beer. I have been in a sky production playing a mental patient (was convincing!)

In the last eighteen monthsi have been in cyprus compering, quizzes and game shows as well as being a dj playing 60s musice the old way -with vi*nyl!!. I have appeared (2013) in a christmas music video called Bring Back the magic as a John Cleese lookalike My other parts in 2013 include a patient in a mental hospital (not typecast!!) I have also been cast as sole actor in a Halfords promotion film.Previously I was cast as a reporter in a new feature film interviewing a detective and been invited back for further scenes. In 2012 I had various roles ranging from a speaking part for an Emerates APP to appearing in feature, festival and student films as well as a commercial, documentary and photoshoot. I have appeared as a party guest in feature film "Down Dog" and before that added to the type of role I can play with the part of a gangster. I passed an audition as a grumpy man in a care home!! but illness prevented me taking up the role.
I appeared in two Japanese commercials and previous to that had a feature part of a barman in feature film Still Life .Other roles in 2012 have included a barrister in a War on Want film "Absent Defendant" and 1950s theatregoer in the film King of Soho.
I was in a photoshoot for an advertisement for a series of Dinner Date and was in a Bollywood film as a builder. I have also been in a music video with singer Delilah and before that January 2012 played the part of a builder on a railway station in a short horror film "Fuzzila" In the same month I played the part of an office manager in a film to be entered in festivals and which has recently had its preview shown in London called Rose, Mary and Time, I first started in 2011 and in that year I played the part of a businessman in a boardroom, for the Grass Roots media production of a pilot tv show The London Affair. This included having a speaking role in the film. . I was filmed in the Channel 4 comedy series " Hit The Road Jack" playing the part of a farmer in a pub growling at an unwelcome stranger as he drinks his beer. In the same series filmed playing the part of a customer in a night club cheering lookalike Tom Jones
I was chosen to play the part of one of the mourners in a graveside scene in the film "Piggy" but on the day was switched to play the part of an undertaker helping the vicar at the graveside.
Earlier in 2011 i was an extra in a night club scene in the Bob Hoskins movie. " Outside Bet" and also appeared as a background artist in a pub scene in the festival film " The World Turns". I have been an audience member on the Fern Britton show and also been offered various 'extra' parts in Bollywood films.
I have previously worked as a presenter and producer of a current affairs programme on cable tv in greenwich,also worked on local radio in Woolwich and Greenwich Have been involved in amateur dramatics for many years and very adaptable in the parts I can play ranging from straight roles to those of a comedy nature.
I also was employed some time ago in Turkey at a restaurant as a John Cleese lookalike entertaining customers whilst serving meals. I have an outgoing,adaptable, approachable personality which i have put to good effect working as a dj, an auctioneer and stand up comedian. I have also been compere of professional cabaret shows.1 have an expressive face that I can use to play both straight and comedy parts. -
I have been a sports writer for various local newspapers writing mainly on sport and was previously editor of a community newsletter. I am a published writer on " Crime prevention hints" booklet and the history of a semi professional football club.
