    ➢Ensuring the director and designer's visions are carried out and maintained after a production has opened.

    ➢Experience in leading a production team within meetings as well as over the production run, competent in taking minutes and ensuring the team are all on the same page.

    ➢Strong carpentry skills with a good knowledge of scenery construction techniques and workshop safety.

    ➢ Knowledge and experience of Health and Safety rules and guidelines including H&S at work, Working at height, and ABTT Yellow Book.
