About me

I have mainly worked in theatre in the past, as a Wardrobe Mistress, I am keen to expand into tv/film and to develop my costume making skills.

In 2020 I completed the Historical Costume Making Course at the Northern College of Costume where I drafted, draped and constructed all my costumes to fit our models and have been designing and making costumes in my sewing studio.

Over the past year I have made tutus, a Victorian ball gown including the corsets, petticoats (soft and wired), a ww2 men’s uniform, a sequined Christmas suit, hats and headdresses and a number of dresses/skirts and of course facemasks!

I am quick at learning plots, love working with creative people who constantly challenge my skills and inspire me to learn more!
