About me
I am a Drama, Theology and Religious Studies Graduate seeking a new challenge. With excellent people skills, the ability to work exceptionally well in a team and a reliable, loyal, hardworking character. I am looking to commence my career with a reputable company that can help me develop my skills within the workplace and expand my knowledge to continue my professional development. For the previous 14 months I have been travelling and now looking forward to being a constructive team member, contributing practically to the success of the team, but also working alone to produce the best results quickly and efficently. I am able to handle change with ease and pride myself on being warm, welcoming and approachable.I have always enjoyed creative environments and now looking to develop my passion into a career within the Arts.
Additional skills:
I am a grade 6 accomplished Mandolin and Whistle Traditional Irish musician and I spend much of my spare time attending events and competitions which have included, local and national charity events, performing at the Houses of Parliament, BBC Proms in the Park, The Royal Albert Hall, The Irish Embassy. I have proudly qualified to the world Championships on a number of occasions and continue to play as part of a traditional Irish music band.
Whilst at university I was a member of The Drama Society, The Netball Team and Girls Gaelic GAA Social Club. I enjoy the company of my friends and have a close relationship with my extended family.
Additionally I have worked with various companies and Theatre Groups, ranging from IPC Media - promotions and marketing team, Millfield Theatre - Theatre runner, H&M - Sales assistant and head of department (weekend), more recently I worked for my University Theatre box office Staff and as Bar Staff at Inn On The Green in North London. On-set Production Runner and Trainee for Liontari Films production 'A Punters Prayer, my responsibilities included catering, sound trainee, lighting trainee, assisting the cast, casting extras, assisting on co-coordination for call sheets for the following week and working with the director and AD's for continuity on set.
