    About me

Sophie is Director in Residence for the New London Opera Players.

Having studied at the University of Warwick, Sophie was involved with the research & development and early rehearsal period for Sasha Wares' production of Wild Swans for the Young Vic Theatre, and was Resident Trainee Director at the Kings Head Theatre in 2011.

Sophie also facilitates educational theatre workshops that often culminate in performance. These include a series of workshops for EPOC's Ring Round the World, Opera by Definition's 10th Anniversary Gala Workshop, and workshops exploring Hamlet at the King Edward VI School, Stratford-upon-Avon, (final showcase at the Shakespeare Centre).
