About me
My name is Judith Waters and I have a large supportive family mostly living in the United Kingdom.Born with impaired sight, I learned at an early age to deal with bullying and teasing.
At the time, I didn’t realise at that I had sight issues. I thought I was stupid. It wasn't until I was in University
that I was diagnosed as being dyslexic.
I decided the only way to overcome my challenges and imperfections was to embrace them and take ownership of
my own destiny.
My self-belief led to me to apply for an MSC degree in Early Childhood Studies at Swansea Unversity.
Since graduating with a Master's degree in 2010 I have worked in various schools and have been involved in
providing additional needs and social care support.
For several years I worked as Chief Elf in a Santa's Grotto of a local enterprise.
It was during Covid Lockdown, I began to develop the Jolly Fun venture, which included writing several "Jolly" books.
Home Studio
I use a soundproof Home Studio using a Tascam 05X with QTX condenser microphone. Recoding quality is 24-bit 96k specification. I have a pop-filter. I use Audacity for editing.Skills
