I am a personal trainer with a passion for fitness and helping people reach their potential. I believe fitness is empowering at all ages and at every level of ability. I have designed many strength and conditioning sessions and have lead hundreds of clients through these sessions in group and private settings. I am married to my wife Lori, a Muay Thai fighter, and "dad" to two rescue kittens, Midnight and Misty.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATES:
I have graduated the Certified Personal Training course through the Institutional Sports Sciences Institution (ISSA). I am a certified American Fighter System (AFS) Muay Thai fighter training at the mixed martial arts training facility, American Kickboxing Academy (AKA), located in San Jose, CA.
INTERESTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
My interests span a broad range which includes wrestling, jujitsu, running, nutrition, fashion, modeling, and mentoring youth. I am a fitness fanatic and love all genres of music. I plan on fighting in my first mixed martial arts ranked fight this year.
TRAINING SPECIALTY:
I excel at motivating clients and customizing workouts to enable their success. My training specialty revolves around functional fitness, core strengthening, boxing, high-intensity interval (HIIT) training and weight training. My main goal is to help others reach their fitness potential; I believe it's key to a person's strong self-confidence and positive self-esteem. That has been my personal experience and I want to bring others that same opportunity to develop a positive self-image!
