About me
Born in the Dominican Republic, I grew up in NY’s Spanish Harlem where I was heavily immersed in the culture and lifestyle of the Hispanic heritage there. Acting is my passion and I have also performed and recorded as a musician – singer, songwriter, guitar, piano and percussion. I love performing for an audience whether live or virtual (film). Raising my family I spent many years doing all kinds of work – including doorman, construction, chauffeur, bartender, bodyguard and others. Ten years ago, I returned to acting full time. My past occupations have given me a special understanding of performing in a variety of roles including secret service men, detectives, policemen, EMTs, janitors, bodyguards, reporters, lawyers, doctors and fathers. My ethnic appearance allows me not only to play Hispanic roles, but also Italian, Middle Eastern, and Caucasian. I have been focusing on film and television, though I also hope to expand into theater as well. I perform in both Spanish and English easily. I joined SAG in 2011.I consider myself extremely professional and serious about my work. I enjoy working with teams of fellow actors & crew and do my part to make the work both enjoyable and successful.
