Trained and worked at the Abbey Theatre, Dublin (Ireland’s National Theatre) and later at the Dublin Gate Theatre. Has worked in West End theatres and further afield, in countless productions featuring the work of Irish writers. Has played leading and supporting roles in classical and modern drama for the major TV channels, as well as in feature films. Recent screen appearances include the Ricky Gervais series ‘Life’s Too Short’ and feature films ‘Round Ireland With A Fridge’ and ‘The Double’ (dir Richard Ayoade). Co-Artistic director of Fifth Province Productions.
