About me
Ben was born in 1996 and spent most of his childhood in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. He was first introduced to filmmaking in high school when he created video game montages for editing contests on YouTube. While studying at the University of Missouri, Ben spent a semester abroad in Alicante, Spain, where he learned conversational Spanish while living with a host family. Ben completed his Bachelor of Arts in Digital Storytelling May of 2018. Ben is an artist whose works heavily rely on setting and his stories commonly engage themes of absurdity, obsession, and humor.In 2016, Ben won the Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Research in the field of Art and Design.
