About me
Nora Stock is an award-winning writer, director, producer, and film editor. She is a 2022 graduate of Marymount Manhattan College with two Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media & Video Production, & Theatre & New Media.Nora has experience working in many filmmaking styles including narrative, documentary, animation, experimental, and music video. She also has backgrounds in acting, theatre production, & digital photography.
"I want the emphasis of my characters not to be on what makes them different or even amoral, but rather on their inherent motivations —to connect with one another in the best way they know how.
My creative works are for audiences looking to let go of their own internalized biases and get lost in the characters' minds. I hope to reach individuals who enjoy hyperreal films but make them feel like they are in an alternate reality."
