About me

My artistic background mainly comes from music. Growing up on bands like Pavement, Built to Spill, Sunny Day Real Estate, and the Pixies. I started playing guitar in high school and played in several bands growing up. When I went to college I was going for astronomy, but just couldn't cut it. I was kind of lost on what to do, so I picked something that seemed to work with music; Mass Media with a radio specialization. Of course we all know how that played out.... So, I got lucky and landed a job doing some video editing for a local college station...and that set me on the post production path I have been doing for 15+ years. I have taught people from ages 6 to 75 about video editing, I have worked in all stages of production. Post-production is where I shine the most, but I love being behind the camera as well. Worked for small companies as well as large companies like TurnerSports. I am mainly based in Atlanta, GA...but willing to travel for jobs if it pays right. I have 2 kids, so traveling can be a bit of an issue.
