About me
As a graduate at William Paterson University, I have built credentials that would make me an ideal candidate for any position. I was a producer and director of one of the WPTV-6 clubs called WPTV Sports where I was responsible to supervise the overall project, manages shots, and keeps the assignment on schedule. I was also a camera operator of another WPTV-6 club where we shot local bands that play live music for the William Paterson community.After college I worked at The Rachael Ray Show in New York City as a Field Production Assistant, where I was allowed to participate in field shoots for the show. It not only helped increase my production ability but taught me a lot of new skills that molded me for the future. I recently worked at Worst Bakers in America, which is a reality competition on the Food Network. I’m now a television production assistant and studio manager for a high school that has a full function three-camera studio. This made me even more patient, organized and reliable. With this I was able to help motivate kids to understand simple skills and production value.
In my media production courses, I have become proficient with Avid, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. I have also written, produced, directed and edited several PSA, projects, and movies as assignments in different courses during my academic year at William Paterson University. I am happy to share samples of my work at your request.
In addition to my academic and extra-curricular background, I worked more than 25 hours per week to support my education. By being active in school and learning other important skills at work, I have become even more focused and responsible. I would certainly apply these skills to a position at any company.
