Over the last 10 years, I’ve built my career on one simple principle: Work smarter. With so much to do and everything being needed “yesterday”, I feel confident in saying that efficiency and accuracy are two very necessary skills in the world of Costuming that I’ve made it a point to refine. I guarantee that I have the necessary experience and ability to be a resourceful addition to your team.
I offer a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication along with years of training in time management, maintaining attention to detail and team cooperation. The project that shaped my career the most was my time spent as the Costume Designer/Director for The LA Haunted Hayride and Horror Campout. It afforded me the opportunity to learn how to be creative while maintaining focus and staying ahead of schedule. I work well under pressure and can be trusted to deliver with minimal guidance or supervision.
My experience includes special effects work for network shows on ABC, FOX, set work for BET as well as costuming for Cirque du Soleil, Disney, and international Pepsi commercials. I’ve held nearly every position in a Costume Department in my career and have made my home in the Custom-made department as a Special Effects Costumer.
