We are a site-specific theatre company based in Bristol made up of educators, artists, performers, dancers and musicians. All of us have at one point said ‘I just want to make political theatre.’ We want to make work that is relevant and addresses concerns of our times. We want to make shows for people who wouldn’t normally go to the theatre; that’s our main reason for working site-specifically. Working with disused buildings allows us to create access to and transform otherwise forgotten sites for the audience to explore. We place the audience at the centre of the work we make and our reasons for making it.
