Daemon emerged out of the bones of Aircrew Ltd and conversations with Kate Campbell, Anna Chaney and Belinda Love. It became clear that we had too big a body of work behind us to let it rot in a filing cabinet somewhere. Add to that a complementary skillset in production and it became a no brainer.

Our objective then is to entertain and inform just like the good old BBC and just because the concept emerged in the '40s, it doesn't make it redundant. In fact, we believe we need that concept more than ever.
