About me
Hello, my name is Brooke and I'm a transcriber with over 15 years of experience. Growing up working at my dad's law practice, my first job was a transcriber using a dictaphone and an old typewriter (because the head secretaries got the coveted computers).I have extensive experience in working on transcription and logging for post production on television programs from Food Network's Worst Cooks in America (multiple seasons) to Investigation Discovery's Scorned (multiple seasons) to documentaries.
Being an actor by trade, I am extremely passionate about post production transcription because I really enjoy being a part of a team to create a final product. Also, I understand the level of perfection that is required and the fast paced deadlines in which our business operates. I am communicative and quick to respond.
My transcriptions are pristine and clean of errors and I am able to tailor to your project's needs - whether you need time codes or um's and uh's included, I'm able to handle it.
My home office is much more equipped than the old dictaphone and typewriter where I initially began my transcriber's journey. But, my incredible work ethic and desire to make my clients happy is still there.
