About me
Recently, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW). While pursuing academic goals, I gained valuable experience in short film directing, camera work, lighting, props, and script review/editing, along with marketing, public relations, social media and event planning.
My objective is to effectively sell my skills in the hope of earning serious consideration in the Film Industry. I firmly believe that success in this field relies heavily upon creativity, innovation and imagination, with the ultimate goal of knowing and appealing to your target market. In addition, this industry relies on strong project management skills, cross-functional communication, team facilitation, consensus building, and personal ownership and accountability for assigned tasks. Finally, success will always rely upon thinking “outside of the box”, and exploring new concepts rather than trying to reinvent old ideas.
