About me
I have over 35 years experience in the TV & audio business in New York City. I have worked as an editor/audio specialist for many years, first in on-line rooms, then NLE like Avid/FCP and Protools/Audition in recording and TV show mixing studios. As a director, I have many years experience directing multi-cam live shows like news and interview, morning type "variety" shows, and music (am a musician as well). I also have a heavy tech BG. Been tech supervisor on most shows I direct, and have been remote coordinator (booking satellite, fiber transmission, as well as studios and trucks) for several news networks. I have an Avid Media composer with advanced color grading tools, as well as Protools for show and music editing/mixing.Resume:

Additional information:
In my capacity as Director of Tech Ops for an international news network (Arise News), I was able to use all my experience and skills garnered over the decades as this job was also a "catch all" - in addition to directing, I was called upon to operate studio, master control and editing equipment. I believe the many roles I have played over the years, contributes to any single job I do; being able to see and understand the needs of a project from all the production and technical angles involved.
