Additional information:
I have always been a creative person, my love for the arts beginning in High school when I became heavily involved in Culinary Arts, which I continued to study at The Art Institute of Charlotte upon graduating high school. While working within the restaurant industry, my love for film and television soon took precedence. Since 2006, I have been hired to write two feature length screenplays for Quill and Camera productions. I have also written the first drafts for several student short films, including "What's Fair", directed by Huseyin Basarici, and "Fragments", also directed by Huseyin Basarici.
In 2013, I worked on my first professional set, working as a background actor on the hit Cinemax show, "Banshee", which aired from removed . I worked on one episode in the 2nd season, and five episodes in season 3 the following year. In 2014, I got my first job on a feature film set, working as a background actor on the Hollywood production, "Max", directed by Boaz Yakin. Soon after, I worked as background on several other productions including: "Paper Towns", directed by Jake Schreier; the independent film "Ashby", starring Sarah Silverman and Mickey Rourke; Masterminds, directed by Jared Hess, as well as a return to television with the current Cinemax hit show, "Outcast", created by Robert Kirkman.
In 2016, I moved down to Southern Florida to be the Director of Events for a recover center called "Epiphany Resources". I worked closely with several celebrity speakers, including Metta World Peace of the Los Angeles Lakers, actor Lillo Brancato (A Bronx Tale, The Sopranos) as well as WWE star and Gold Medalist Kurt Angle, amongst others. My duties included handling all social media accounts, promotion, marketing, writing press releases, audio/video set up, event coordination, as well as entertaining our celebrity guest speakers.
In the summer of 2016, I received my first Production Assistant job on the documentary, "Back on track", from Honora Productions. I was in charge of setting up and breaking down equipment, running errands for the director and producer, driving the production van, and also handling all non-disclosure agreements.
