Additional information:
I left my high desert home of Santa Fe, NM to attend NYU's Tisch School of the Arts where I won the Award for Excellence in Documentary upon graduation. My student film on homelessness in NYC, Life Matters, won the NYU Video Festival's awards for Best Direction, Best Cinematography and Best editing, as well as the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences College TV Award--the Student Emmy. After graduation, I spent several years working for Cambridge Educational producing, directing and editing documentaries for worldwide distribution to high schools, colleges and various learning facilities. Subjects included the history of Apartheid, issues of prejudice and tolerance, teen suicide, being gay and coming out, the history of trade unions and various shows on life and earth sciences. For the past decade I have lived in Brooklyn and have turned my focus to editing a wide variety of television productions.
