    About me

    Dialogue Editor / Foley Artist, Re-Recording Mixer:

    I have been involved in Post Production Sound over 20 years professionally. I started my journey as a Sound Assistant working with editors; learning the art of Sound Editing and Mixing.

    My career path took a slight turn in 2002 when I accepted an opportunity to work in Sound Restoration as an Audio Engineer for Film/TV. I was mentored by John Polito, owner of Audio Mechanics. It was during this period that I developed my own set of specialized skills and a tuned ear to hear and understand the fine details involved in audio restoration/editing/mixing. I have been involved in hundreds of audio restorations from the UCLA Film Archive, Columbia/MGM/Sony Pictures, Paramount Pictures, and 20th Century Fox.

    I am most enthusiastic about Post Production Sound Editorial and Mixing as it allows me the creative expression that I find most stimulating. I thrive on finding new ways to solve daily challenges without sacrificing quality. Today, I am able to utilize my restoration editing/mixing background and apply it to challenged dialog tracks in post production. I specifically desire to be part of a team, collaborating on film/tv projects.
