Bhagat's citizenship is revoked after WWI ends, his battle to regain his citizenship leads to a change in American law.

Bhagat Singh fought bravely in WWI, but when he arrives home he is met with contempt and anger because he is a Sheikh. His citizenship is revoked and he finds himself threatened with deportation from the country he spent 4 years risking his life for. Bhagat, with the help of his drunk Irish lawyer, Thomas take on the American legal system.
