After discovering his father has moved on from the loss of his mother Sheldon must decide if he can overcome his resentment and anger, in order to reconnect with his family.

Tasked with clearing out old objects from his father’s house, Sheldon’s troubled relationship with his dad is made worse when he’s asked to get rid of his dead mother's favorite chair. Sheldon secretly returns to his father’s house later that night to retrieve the chair himself only to spy his father having a secret relationship. After being confronted by his father Sheldon must decide if he’s going to continue down a path of isolation and anger, or if he can let go of the past and reconnect with his family.
