After a horrific tragedy a woman makes a bargain with an evil entity to live forever, but loses her humanity in the process.

Casey (Olivia Day) is enjoying a night at home with her boyfriend Paul (Derek Alvarado), when they are brutally attacked by an intruder. The intruder kills Paul, and Casey manages to fight off the intruder, but she is stabbed in the process. She's bleeding to death on the floor when an evil entity appears and tells her it can save her life, but she will have to kill others to feed it.
