An aspiring rock star gets early on set dementia while trying to make it big in the music industry and neglecting all those he loves.
Mason James is the lead singer of the band Maleki Theory trying to make it big in the industry. He has neglected his wife and son and as a result became divorced and estranged from his 17 year old teen age son. He also has a very distant relationship with his father and blames that relationship on not telling him that his mother had cancer and wasn't enough time to say goodbye to her. With all these relationships in turmoil he starts to notice his memory getting worse and worse by the day. Mason finally goes to his family Dr. to get it checked out only to find out he has been diagnosed with early on set dementia in his late 40's. As he finds out this devastating news, his band gets a record deal and the chance to go on tour. He uses this opportunity to become reacquainted with his son and brings him on tour with him even though his ex wife is reluctant to have his son around his rocker immoral style life. When his ex- wife goes to pick up her son and discovers Mason's aftermath of a wild party in his apartment, she is livid and grabs her son threatening Mason this was his last chance and now he will not see his son again! Absolutely devastated it is all Mason could do to make ammends with his ex-wife and son and father as his health condition deterioriates by the day, but will he be too late?
