Hell is being re-branded.
Lucifer's term limits are up and a new, younger, hipper Devil has taken over. His plan is to re-brand and relocate Hell. Along with his dim-witted Devil's Advocate he settles in New Jersey and begins to build the new Hell. Lucifer, his wife Eve and Advocate Judas all follow the new Devil to Jersey to try to disrupt his plans and return Hell to it's original home.
