In the barren deserted remains of the world, Ethan, a desperate father, flees with his wife and daughter from a dark, twisted creature. The more Ethan clings to his family, the more they slip from his grasp; the harder he claws away from the creature; the closer it lurks, driving a wedge in his own sanity and perceived reality.
