How do I cancel my contract?

Your repeat monthly subscription is set up to bill you on or around the same day of the month that your subscription began. If you have purchased an annual subscription this will be on or around the same day each year. You can cancel this at any time – after as many payments as you choose.

To cancel your existing contract:

  1. Log in to your profile
  2. Click on Settings and select Payment History from the dropdown menu
  3. You will find a link that will redirect you to cancel your contract

If you are experiencing difficulties cancelling your contract, please check you are logged into the correct profile.
