What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites place in your computer to help your browser to remember specific information, and for servers to recognise your identity when you return to a website. Cookies contains information that can help speed access on subsequent visits, such as passwords and user preferences. Many sites, especially those that require a login, use cookies for security. For instance, if you click from one page to another on The Mandy Network, cookies enable us to check that it's still you with your unique login identity.

Allowing/Enabling Cookies

For the server to recognise you when you login, your browser must be set to enable/allow cookies.
