The Growth Team is in charge of expanding Upstart’s reach to the millions of Americans without access to affordable credit. As the Senior Manager, Analytics at Upstart, you'll work as a key member of the team, supporting the entire Marketing organization, including the Chief Marketing Officer. You will be responsible for delivering analytics, reporting, and data across numerous areas of the department. While working closely with Marketing and other cross-functional stakeholders, you will define and measure business performance across various go-to-market marketing activities. You will develop custom reports, as well as build and maintain key dashboards and presentations to share critical information at business reviews and board meetings. This role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, sit on the marketing leadership team and lead a growing team of analysts.
