Our Engineering Company is looking for a career- and goal-oriented individual to join our fast-paced and growing Graphics Department. The full-time 2D animator Motion Graphics Artist /graphic design position is based out of our Pleasant Grove, Utah, office and requires excellent technical skills. The position includes working in a team environment to create animated informational client videos, vector illustrations for use in social media video clips, corporate educational videos, graphic design, and photography. The employee will manage on-scene set-up, lighting and sound, in-person filming, in-person photography, and drone photography/video as well as the editing and conversion of all final products. The employee is expected to adhere to ethics, policies, and practices as established by Horrocks Engineers.Essential Functions• Create animated infographics for videos• Edit videos and create vector illustrations• Plan, arrange, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality videos.• Work with other departments and employees to plan and execute videos.• Create top-of-the-line videos that assure quality and professionalism.• Use professional post-production software and equipment.• Help direct the video shoot on-site and in post-production.• Take photography (corporate and client photography).• Provide graphic design support to visualization team.• Complete other duties as assigned.
