    Our Media Company is seeking a Social Media Strategist. This position will play an integral role in the development and execution of social strategy and new social initiatives across the company’s portfolio of premium lifestyle brands. The role will support key brand projects and innovative pilots designed to grow our social audience and drive traffic to owned and operated sites. The position will report to the Director of Social Strategy. We believe that social media is both art and science. We are looking for a strong social media strategist with a data-driven creative mindset. Primary Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of brands to monitor social insights, recommend tactical strategies supported by data, and help influence growth (with a focus on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest)Collaborate with internal teams (data and analytics, product, audience development, social media and sales) to execute against a diverse set of high-priority social initiativesCreate the pipeline and project plan for innovative pilot programs, including new social products, social analytics tools, cross-brand content optimization tests and new social platforms or internal productsManage relationships with external social partners, vendors, and 3rd party platforms to ensure that our brands are using them as fully as possible with up-to-date best practicesOwn relationships with selected social platforms to bring new products, pilots and insights to stakeholders across Condé Nast Monitor platform changes and recommend strategies to minimize impact for Condé Nast brandsDevelop trainings and best practices for brand editorial and social teamsDevelop guidelines around posting cadence, talent use and resource deploymentReview weekly and monthly cross-brand reports and summarize highlights for audience growth, traffic, and engagement across key social channelsPerform cross-platform competitive reviews (competitive ranking by vertical, top performing posts, benchmark audience and engagement metrics, key shifts in content trends, etc.)
