DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversee production side of weekend service and midweek services: coordinate lighting, video, projection, and audio for weekend services and special services and events
Oversee preparation for weekend services
Oversee postproduction of weekend services
Coordinate services with all areas including worship, tech arts and media
Oversee Technical Arts staff and all volunteers
Schedule Tech Arts teams for all requested services
Recruit, build, and train Tech Arts Teams
Help solve problems and troubleshoot during services
Keep software, hardware and equipment current and in working order
Find solutions, new systems, and equipment to move Tech Arts forward
Participate in Creative Nights
Manage budget for Technical Arts including equipment upkeep and purchases
Manage CCB process queues and Ministry Mobilizer for volunteers
Manage Tech Arts Requests through FMX
Provide multi-campus support for Tech Arts
Other duties as assigned
