DescriptionSongclip is looking for a highly motivated, experienced executive to lead our global music industry initiatives. This role manages, oversees and is accountable for business-critical relationships with major and indie labels, publishers, PROs and global societies. As the Director, Music Licensing & Partnerships, you will bring a deep understanding of business strategy, licensing, negotiating, and finance and analytics to help shape Songclip’s industry strategy and drive growth for the business.As a key member of the Songclip leadership team, you will manage a set of business functions related to our industry efforts, including relationship management, data and pricing analysis, business development, and content licensing, to accelerate the overall growth of our partnerships with the music industry. Your role will include an exciting combination of strategy, licensing, operations, negotiation, analysis, and project management. Your work will help create and lead the new marketplace of social music.
