These protocols and guidelines will be modified based on evolving industry standards and methodologies, public health and governmental directives, and advancing scientific knowledge on the transmissibility of COVID-19.We are excited to continue to provide our guests with fun, inspiring and memorable experiences, while addressing important health and safety needs during this time.Primary Responsibilities:Research, develop and execute all park, show and event Costuming and Crafts including the costumed character production process.Oversee the supervision of the Costuming and Crafts Department team in accordance with SEA guidelinesCollaborate with Entertainment Production/Operations and Theatrical Services teams to achieve project goals and objectives including fittingsSupervise the daily Costuming and Crafts operations including, deliveries, pickups, laundry, and dry cleaning proceduresSupervise Costuming and Crafts expense and labor budgets that align with Park and Departmental objectivesPartner with Manager of Costumes and Theatrical Services on supervising, developing, and overseeing Costuming and Crafts project timelines to ensure park and departmental goals and objectives are obtainedMaintain inventory of Costuming and Crafts supplies, equipment and systems.Document, track, and report Costuming and Crafts archives and resources useful life to Manager of Costumes and Theatrical Services and park teamsSupervise the quality assurance of Costuming and Crafts product and support areasSupervise the hiring, development, performance and evaluation of the Entertainment Costuming and Crafts team including the completion of appropriate paperwork and administering of developmental documentationCollaborate with department executive leadership in the creation, execution and supervision of Costuming/Crafts processes to achieve park and department safety targetsDevelop, implement, and supervise the Costuming/Crafts department training programsConsistently practice safe work habits including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), lifting and reporting unsafe situationsEstablish and maintain a positive atmosphere which ensures the highest level of team member
