    The position of the Line producer/Project Manager (FOR FILM ONLY) will professionally work with the marketing team to manage the overall budget and timeline, ensuring all deadlines are met to completion. This position requires 3+ years in film productionPossibility to work from home depending on performance reviewThis is a 1099 Independent contractor position $1400-$2000 a month DOEMust have excellent communication skills, MUST answer your phone, respond to texts and emails. (This is a mandatory requirement)The following are the responsibilities of the Line producer/Project managerDeveloping and Tracking BudgetsCoordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.Ensuring the salary, expenses, and production and marketing budgets are within the overall budget. Prepare documentsMaintain and ensure comprehensive project documentation including contracts Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs to visually see where the status of the budget is Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysisEnsuring all payments for the staff are paid correctly and on time. Presenting solutions to problems that arise to the owners and operators of the company. Assist in production planning and decision makingReport and escalate to owners and management team as neededHe or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and communicate with one another to ensure the budget and deadlines are met. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant team members and ensuring technical feasibilityOrganizing Film Festival deadlines, fees, and paperworkMonitor and summarize progress of the project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.To apply, send a resume and cover letter addressing your experience in film production and the level of management skills you have. Please only apply if you have at least 3+ years experience.
