This full-time, salaried position supports the executive director in two areas: 1) as an executive assistant and 2) managing the administrative tasks related to the development efforts of the company.SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:Executive Assistant:1. Manage executive director calendar2. Schedule board, committee, community and internal meetings3. Manage all meeting logistics4. Prepare appropriate materials for meetings and calls5. Take minutes at meetingsDevelopment Associate:1. Calendar and track grant deadlines for proposals, reports2. Develop and manage direct response fundraising campaigns3. Manage all donor engagement events4. Assist with special event planning and execution5. Manage record keeping and acknowledgements
