Our YouTube Company is looking for a Creative Director to lead our fast-paced and creative team. We are looking for someone who has leadership qualities and experience in managing creative for video projects. You will be responsible for brainstorming real-life content then approving complete outlines that take into account logistic and production constraints, while remaining consistently engaged to our target audience. You must be well versed in YouTube theory and strategy behind the creative process. Must be passionate about YouTube video production and willing to deliver projects on a changing schedule as the landscape for viral content on YouTube is constantly evolving.
