  • Project Details
    Reporting to the Director of Development, the Individual Giving and Operations Associate (IGOA) is a member of the development team and is responsible for department operations such as gift processing, donor acknowledgement letters, database management, and general administrative functions. They will also collaborate with the director of development to coordinate and support the annual fund and individual giving campaigns, including fundraising communications, special events, and prospect research. This is a full-time position with benefits.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSOperations• Process gifts on a daily basis• Process donor acknowledgement letters on a weekly basis• Maintain individual donor accounts on the Playhouse’s customer relationship management software, Tessitura.• Work with Business Intelligence Manager to run reports to pull lists and analyzedonor data• Work with Finance Director to reconcile contributed income from individuals on a monthly basis• Regularly review general development operations processes and offer suggestions for improvementIndividual Giving and Stewardship• Work with the Director of Development to assist in the development and expansion of the individual giving program, including benefit fulfillment, cultivation event management, direct mail appeals, and social media communications• Conduct research on prospective individual donors• Manage donor listings for programs and websiteMARK LAMOS ARTISTIC DIRECTORMICHAEL BARKER MANAGING DIRECTOR• Provide frontline communication for the department from individual donors.• Project manage and support the execution of donor events such as Opening Night receptions, Tech Talks, Insider Insights, Donor lounge, and the annual Gala. This includes helping to develop invitations, managing RSVPs and guest lists, coordinating catering and refreshments, and overseeing event set-up and staffing.• Work with box office staff to fulfill tickets requests by individual donors, and track tickets for cultivation events and other donor-related theater activityGeneral Administration• Monitor and order supplies as needed for the department.• Provide administrative support for Board Committees such as the Development Committee and Gala Committee.• Submit check requests, expense forms and receipts and maintain records for the department• Provide support to development department interns as requested by the Director of Development, including basic Tessitura training and oversight on certain projects
