We are looking for candidates who:Are able to commit to a full-time work schedule (M-F 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., weekends, evenings and holidays as necessary) from approximately June 2021 through May/June 2022. Have a passion to work in the professional sports industry and are ready to make an impact on the Houston Texans organization!Basic Function: Assist the photography department with digital asset management and image editing.Job Function (duties and responsibilities): Follow internal digital asset management workflows to build the photo catalog. Provide weekly quality control feedback to manager of photography on Texans’ total finished game day photo coverage. Assist with game day photo editing and delivering finished imagery to stakeholders. Assist in various photo department administrative functions such as budget and equipment tracking and collecting necessary information for internal photo requests. Schedule freelance photographers for ancillary events. Edit photos to be used across all Texans digital channels. Curate specific story-driven photo galleries to deliver to team website and social. Execute internal and external photo asks Track and document recurring weekly photo deliveries and coverage Research and provide information for various photo projects. Assist in ideating photo-centric web and social content Serve as a creative organizer and collaborator within the organization. Perform various other duties from time to time as assigned by the Photography Manager and Senior Corporate Communications Manager. Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.Travel Requirements: Travel in the greater Houston area for events.
