We are looking for a dynamic, high performing Agency Producer with experience in development and management of production and process to meet the demands of a large-scale national media campaigns spanning broadcast, radio, print, OOH, events and digital. The ideal candidate has a passion for behavior change, a history of working with producers, editors and directors, and is capable of working with rigorous deadlines.Day-To-Day Activities:Produce video and photo productions by overseeing the staff, budgets, and timelines.Work with agency producers, internal client service, creative teams, internal/external production teams, cost consultants and operations staff to ensure that a viable workflow is in place.Review vendor bids and proposals to provide project stakeholders with recommendations on artistic approach for video projects.Monitor production phase to ensure video shoots are successful and concepts translate well into specified media formats (i.e. vertical video).Analyze production process issues, develop creative solutions to improve production quality.Creating AICP commercial production budgets, reconcile, and closeout production budgets.
