Under limited supervision, the Video & Voice Specialist supports the integrity and stability of all enterprise telecommunications and conferencing based systems through the monitoring, maintenance, and support of all telecommunications services. Assists with customer account creation, customer service requests, new phone builds, and new conference room commissioning. Leads initial troubleshooting on all video and voice systems and conference room testing. Additionally, this role is responsible for administration of Company telecom systems and desktop video, audio, and web conferencing support.
