Keta Brown is seeking a cinematographer for her MFA thesis short film project.Keta, writer/director of her current short film,is extremely excited about her psychological drama, "Siege of a Living Soul," a SAG, 11-page script scheduled to shoot this summer, July 9,10 & 11th.Siege of a Living Soul is a period piece set in the late '60s, '80s, and '90s, about an African American Woman, Trish Jenkins, (mid-30s), pretty, troubled, private. She awakens in a mental hospital after suffering a PTSD episode, triggered by bad news from home associated with the sexual assault from her childhood.Trish is confronted with accepting psychiatric help to face her personal demons, a taboo for most Blacks, or risk losing her daughters to foster care.  Looking to push the limits on the approach of the visuals. The storytelling runs from lyrical to action-oriented; seeking to stylize the psychological aspect of PTSD with a "fantasy" aesthetic.
